ABOUT
The Scaffold Broker is a site that will connect you with companies and individuals in the scaffolding business.
All data is compiled from the web. Search engines, directories, forums and personal sites are all used.
Some information is derived from conversation and personal interaction.
The information on this site will attempt to be objective through a measure of consistency that will be applied to every article.
User testimonials (e.g “I loved the product!”, “service sucked”, “It took to long to arrive”) will not be used in the articles written. Its to easy to fake and its to easy to slant the opinion one way or another.
Testimonials on company websites seem to be too good. If you try to manually offset that with bad ones (“to be more fair”) would not be appropriate either. Especially, if they have high ratings (like on Ebay).
Looking for customer comments will be your responsibility. I would suggest calling the company and see how you feel about the way they treat you. If you don’t like it, move along. There are a lot of good companies that you can deal with. Sometimes, there is a big difference between the “cost” of a product and the “price” they charge you (does it arrive on time, is it of good quality etc.).
Order of postings is non denominational. Articles are written in the order that they are written. Order is based upon the research that is compiled at that time.
The order of lists etc. does not indicate which company, product or service is better than the other. That is a determination that you will have to make based upon the circumstances of your situation.
To sum it up, order is mostly an arbitrary thing.
Scaffolding Companies and Scaffolding products that are culled from search engines are from the top 10-30 results of multiple search phrases. The geo-location of the searches are set at the U.S.A. level.
Post a comment in an article if your company has been missed. It may have been on oversight or it may (more likely) be because I haven’t had time to review it yet. At this point, I am only writing about companies that are, at least, national.
If you would like to have an “interview” to provide a more in-depth analysis, that could be arranged. When you comment, I will have your email address. We can go from there.
The Scaffold Broker does not actively represent any company that is on this site. The articles aren’t meant to be some kind of “conspiratorial” slam or dis. Nor are they intended to present a company as some kind of incredible entity in the Scaffolding Business (unless they are). The analysis is what I have determined to be the truth, as I saw it represented. The views are my own. If they are wrong, I have the ability to change my opinion when presented with new facts. So, don’t be vindictive, be helpful.
Sincerely,
Zac Cote’
